Who are Lead Generation Associates ?

Lead Generation Associates (LGA) are a specialist provider of high quality, qualified, locally targeted business leads to the small to medium business community. The leads we provide are local to the purchaser, fresh (ie received by us within the last 12 hours, or usually more recently) and, above all, exclusive. We never sell the same lead twice!

We have designed our system to help you get back to doing what you need to do to manage your business. You do what you do best, and we take care of ALL the details involved in keeping your business growing, by providing you with a constant stream of new potential customers.

How do you generate leads for my business?

We utilise a simple 3-step process...

Step 1 - Utilising our comprehensive network of high-traffic, niche-focussed websites, we place a lead request form for visitors to complete. Completion of the form indicates that they are interested in being contacted by you to discuss your product or service. In addition to providing you with comprehensive contact details (eg full name, full postal address, contact telephone, email etc) we also identify the visitors specific area of interest.

Step 2 - We then filter this information for accuracy and sort the data to ensure you only receive leads relevant to you. These leads will have been received by us within the preceding 24 hours.

Step 3 - We send the latest leads to you, usually in 'real-time', via our fully Automated Advanced Lead Delivery System, for you to follow up and close the sale. The potential customer/client has been advised to expect a contact from you within 48 hours - we strongly advise, therefore, that you contact the lead without delay to maximise the chance of a positive outcome!

How do I know the lead is of good quality and is interested in my products or services?

Our leads are 100% visitor requested. In addition, they are informed on sign-up that they will receive a call from a company regarding the product/service they enquired about.

The leads we generate are not incentivised to complete the lead application form. Our customers and our quality of service are of paramount importance and it is in both your, and our, best interests that we do all in our power to maintain our quality of service.

Our aim is to ensure your total satisfaction so that you become one of our growing band of repeat clients - continuing to grow your business and using our services to help you.

Also note that we are fully compliant with UK Data Protection Laws.

How many orders can I expect to receive from your lead generation package?

This really depends on many factors - the quality of your sales staff, the quality and type of service or product you supply, the speed of your response etc etc. We can guarantee that ALL leads have requested a contact from a company selling your product or service within the last 48 hours. As such, they will be inclined to seriously consider your offer.

Are all leads which you provide me in our local area?

You request from where you would like your leads to come. Your leads would then be sourced and delivered based on your exact requirements. There is no additional charge for this service.

Do I need to commit to taking a minimum number of leads per month? Or a minimum number of months?

No. You choose how many leads, what type, and for how long. When you sign up, all the leads you have selected will be delivered DURING the following 30 days, as they are generated. Once you've received all the requested leads, you would then, normally, need to place a further order to continue the service. We have found from experience that this allows for any necessary adjustments to be made in lead flow/quality etc., and is the best and most efficient way to ensure that you are 100% delighted with our service.

NOTE - Once a regular pattern of lead delivery/purchases has been established, you may wish to reduce administration costs still further by selecting our Reoccurring Lead Delivery Plan which re-bills you automatically every 30 days.

Who owns the lead once I have got it?

You own the rights to the lead. If you wish to contact them more than once, then you can. However, be aware that you will need to offer them an unsubscribe method from your mailing or call list in order to operate 100% legally in the UK. This is a requirement of the Data Protection Act.

How many companies will the lead be sent to?

Each lead is sold to ONE company exclusively. There is no need to worry that your competition will be approaching the same lead as you.
